El Cabo Coliving offers a total of 31 rooms, each with a private bathroom and a dedicated workspace for those moments when you need some privacy. Moreover, the common areas provide everything you need to properly embrace the remote working experience or accommodate a complete team looking to relocate their office to this beautiful and unique environment.
Enjoy the shared amenities such as a communal kitchen, a living room-style meeting space, a relaxing courtyard, and laundry facilities. Not to mention the incredible rooftop, where you can unwind while watching a breathtaking sunset, join the community for a barbecue, or even bring your laptop and work for a while if you feel like it. Need to change plans? We got you covered
More than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, repeople will provide you with a 100% credit of your payment.
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (<14 nights) before the arrival, repeople will provide you with a credit of 50% of the amount for the dates that are being cancelled (limited to the first 4 weeks of the cancelled stay, cancellation dates further out are credited at 100%).
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
