Welcome to our stunning 7 bedroom (6 double bedrooms, one single bedroom) villa located in the prestigious Ciudad Jardín neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
This spacious and elegant coliving is repeople’s first home with a swimming pool, offering everything you need to experience that holiday feeling while you are living and working at Casa Jardín.

Repeople’s coliving spaces create a network of accommodations specially designed for remote workers and digital nomads. All coliving spaces are located within a radius of just 1 km (except for El Cabo, located in Agaete, and La Luna, situated on the neighboring island of Tenerife). So, if you can’t find availability in one of them, try searching in another. They are just around the corner!

Weekly Cleaning Services
Our housekeeping team comes every week to clean all the rooms and common areas. During the week, everyone contributes to keeping the space clean.
Unlimited Coffee
Our freshly ground coffee is offered both in our coliving and coworking locations.
Linens & Towels
We supply fresh towels and linens every week.
Complimentary Access to Washer & Dryer
Available in-house as well as an area to air-dry your clothes. We will also provide detergent so you don't need to worry about those expenses.
In-house Workspace
All our colivings include in-house workspaces and wifi in all areas. Most of the rooms also include a desk in case you want to take calls from your room.
High Speed Internet
Our colivings have high speed fiber optic connectivity that is shared amongst the colivers. The maximum speed available is 600/600Mbs.
Free 24/7 Access to Coworking Space
Our coworking space are located within walking distance from our colivings and you can access them 24/7 thanks to our access control app.
Events & Meetups
We organize regular events with our community of coworkers and colivers. Barbecues, movie-nights, hikes, yoga lessons or surf sessions are some of our favourites.

More than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, repeople will provide you with a 100% credit of your payment.
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (<14 nights) before the arrival, repeople will provide you with a credit of 50% of the amount for the dates that are being cancelled (limited to the first 4 weeks of the cancelled stay, cancellation dates further out are credited at 100%).
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
