I am a project development consultant and coach for entrepreneurs specializing in plant-based ventures. I have a Master of Science degree, in Mathematics and Computer Science, with a specialization in Project Management. I coach instructors, entrepreneurs and chefs on all business aspects beyond plant-based menu development like preliminary studies and early phases of research and development.
