This cohousing has four different types of fully equipped apartments, each of which include a private bathroom. The common areas boast a shared kitchenette and lounge area, a gym with dumbbells and yoga balls, as well as 4 independent work areas equipped with a screen and a rooftop terrace with some sunbeds.
The building is located in the lively Santa Catalina neighbourhood, and is just a 5-minute walk from the famous ‘Playa de las Canteras’ beach.

More than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, repeople will provide you with a 100% credit of your payment.
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (<14 nights) before the arrival, repeople will provide you with a credit of 50% of the amount for the dates that are being cancelled (limited to the first 4 weeks of the cancelled stay, cancellation dates further out are credited at 100%).
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
