The Artisans is a coliving located in Ciudad Jardín, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands). It’s a three-bedroom villa and one-bedroom apartment that share a makerspace and a beautiful outdoor patio.
The first floor has the 4 rooms with the 2 bathrooms, and in the main floor is located a shared fully equiped kitchen and working area, a delightful outdoor patio and barbeque, the so-called makerspace area, and the laundry room.
In the vicinity, you’ll discover a wealth of essential amenities right at your doorstep. A charming waterfront promenade awaits for leisurely walks or cycling, an assortment of dining establishments, inviting terraces ideal for sipping coffee and working on your laptop, the Alcaravaneras beach, several parks such as the lush Parque Doramas, and the local yet international Repeople coworking space, conveniently located within a pleasant 20-minute walk.

More than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, repeople will provide you with a 100% credit of your payment.
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (<14 nights) before the arrival, repeople will provide you with a credit of 50% of the amount for the dates that are being cancelled (limited to the first 4 weeks of the cancelled stay, cancellation dates further out are credited at 100%).
You can use this credit to book any of repeople’s colivings or cohousings at any available time during the next 2 years.
